There are two pleasant none smoking lounges, communal dining room and separate laundry facilities. A small paved area is located to the front of the premises and there is an enclosed, sheltered smoking area to the rear.
Due to the layout of the property, there are three ground floor rooms at Percy House for people with mobility issues.
Percy House also provides housing and support based solutions for clients who wish to live independently, with support from Percy House staff depending on the individual's own needs. These properties are furnished to a high standard and are within close proximity to Percy House.
Clients living in our independent properties have full access to the 24-hour support within Percy House. We feel that both Percy House and our independent properties complement each other and allow our organisation to offer a variety of housing and support based solutions.
