Percy House and the independent properties are all situated within 5 minutes walk of Blyth town centre, and ideally located for access to all major services including bus station, library, post office banks, optician and dentists, there are also several churches of various denominations and assistance will be provided to access all of these services and any other identified by individual residents. We have various activities that are held on a weekly basis, including a walking group, gym and swim group, quiz nights, bingo, dominoes and more.
Located near to Percy House is Ridley Park where there are flower gardens, bowling greens and a pitch and put course, the park also leads onto a new harbour, where there are various activities ongoing throughout the year. The local sports centre and swimming baths are also within easy reach. Blyth beach is approximately 10 minutes away and stretches all the way to Whitley Bay. The home accommodates 18 residents with 14 single rooms, five of which are on suite and 2 double rooms.
