Care Plans
We tailor our care to meet each person's specific needs. An individual care plan is written for each person incorporating information that we have gathered from the pre-admission assessment. The care plan includes individual preferences, specific care needs, risk assessments, and it records the person's relevant care needs daily. These care plans enable us to show how we intend to meet the health and welfare needs of our clients.
We strive to promote the independence of all our residents and monitor their progress in the form of individual care plans, which are reviewed monthly. We openly promote residents maintaining relationships with family and friends.
Decisions regarding Percy House are made by the residents through the Residents Association Group. If at any time a resident expresses dissatisfaction with any aspect of the home a formal complaints procedure is in place. All residents are given a copy of this procedure on admission into the home.
