Our Staff

Percy House is run by the management team consisting of:

Mr Stephen Locker (FdSc): Managing Director and oversees the operational running of the organisation.

Miss Jill Locker (BA Hons Social Work): Registered Manager and oversees the residential section

Miss Allanah Gallacher: Deputy manager of the residential section

Mr Paul Gregory: Independent outreach service manager and oversees the community outreach section

Mr Barry McAlle: Deputy manager of community outreach section

The current staff team work hard to ensure a high and consistent level of performance. Percy House currently has 31 team members working for the service with varied sexes, ages and genders. All staff members are interviewed by the management team and a cross-section of current clients to establish if they will enhance the staff team and enrich the lives of our clients.

All staff are fully trained with all current staff qualified or working towards a qualification at level 2 or level 3 in QCF/ NVQ Social care.

All staff are trained in stat main course such as:

  • Fire safety
  • Food Hygiene
  • Emergency first aid
  • Medication administration
  • Safeguarding
  • Health and safety
  • Confidentiality and GDPR
  • Mental health awareness
  • Moving and handling
  • IPC
  • Lone worker safety

Other, more specific courses are available and advised to enhance the knowledge skills and values of our staff team and are undertaken all year round. Both face-to-face and e-learning training methods are used.
